Urgent and crisis cases are prioritized immediately. Routine therapy typically begins within 7–10 days.
Can I receive support online?
Yes. Secure video and phone sessions are available for individual therapy, some groups, and follow‑ups.
Which languages are available?
Arabic is primary. Many clinicians and materials are bilingual (Arabic/English); interpretation can be arranged.
What ages do you serve?
We support children (8+), adolescents, adults, and families. Specialized youth and caregiver programs are offered.

Who can access my records?

We only share with family/support persons when you give explicit permission unless safety requires otherwise.
How are records stored?
Encrypted electronic health record system with role-based access and secure backups.
Can I obtain copies?

What about crisis situations?
We may act to protect life/safety. Minimal necessary information is disclosed to emergency responders.

Crisis notes are brief, clinically relevant, and confidential. They support continuity of care.
What if I am supporting someone?
You can call for guidance. We will coach you and help coordinate safe intervention steps.
Do you coordinate with emergency services?
Yes. When physical safety is at risk we liaise with medical or protection services with minimal disclosure.
Can I stay anonymous?
You may withhold identifying details on initial crisis calls unless safety escalation is required.
